Yükselen Çelik is going for a free capital increase

Yükselen Çelik announced that it decided to increase its capital free of charge. The company will apply to the CMB for a 100 percent free capital increase.

Yükselen Çelik (YKSLN) reported the free capital increase to the publication platform (KAP).

Yükselen Çelik's statement to KAP contained the following words:

“While maintaining our company's share capital ceiling of TL 600,000,000 (six hundred million), the amount of issued capital will be doubled from TL 125,000,000 (one hundred and twenty-five million) to TL 250,000,000 (two hundred and fifty million) (100% increase), of which TL 125,000,000 will be covered from retained earnings

As for the capital increase, TL 125,000,000 to be added to the capital will be distributed to all shareholders in proportion to their shares; Article 6 of the Articles of Association entitled "Nature and Transfer of Capital and Shares" will be amended as shown in the Annex,

Applying to the Capital Market Board ("CMB") for the necessary approvals for the capital increase and the amendment of the Articles of Association,

This decision was taken today (19.12.2023) by the Board of Directors of our company.”
