In the statement made by OECD in order to support climate change; It is stated that Turkey, Australia, Canada, European Union countries, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, England and the USA will stop providing export credits to coal-fired thermal power plants at the end of this month.

THE DECISION IS NOT LEGALLY BINDING, BUILT ON TRUST

Emphasizing that the aforementioned agreement is based on trust, which is not legally binding, it was stated that the agreement was adopted in the context of the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26), which will be held in Scotland in November to support the fight against climate change.
