Tata Steel, madenleri 50 yıllık kiraladı

Tata Steel madenciliği Sukinda Kromit madeninde faaliyete başladı.

Tata Steel Mining Limited (TSML), Odisha'nın Jajpur bölgesindeki Sukinda kromit madeninde faaliyete başladı.

Şirket, Jajpur bölgesinde Kamarda Kromit madeni, Saruabil Kromit madeni ve Sukinda Kromit madeni gibi üç kromit madenine sahipti.

Üç kromit madeni, Hindistan genelinde madencilik kiralamaları yapan ilk ticari kiralama olarak kabul edildi. Ancak, kiralamaların süresi 31 Mart 2020'de sona ermiştir. Bu madenler Odisha hükümeti tarafından açık artırmaya çıkarıldı ve kiralamalar 50 yıllığına verildi.
